DO YOU WORK WITH CHILDREN?

The minimum age for personal training is 14 years. There may be exceptions to this depending on the physical and mental maturity of the child.

DO YOU OFFER NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING?

Yes, MLCC offers an eating plan that is recommended but not mandatory. MLCC cutting edge philosophies on nutrition can be presented in a private consultation, during the monthly seminar or by purchasing a copy of The Fitness Puzzle by Bill Ross.

DO I HAVE THE SAME TRAINER FOR EACH WORKOUT?

No, all of the trainers have been trained and certified to teach the programs created by Major League Conditioning Centers. Any MLCC trainer can take any client through their specific program. This allows the client to remain consistent in their training regardless of which trainers are available.

CAN I WORKOUT ON MY OWN?

No, this is all one-on-one personal training by appointment. However, if you are a current client you are permitted to use the cardio equipment during normal business hours.

DO YOU HAVE DAY CARE?

No, MLCC does not offer day care, but if your child is old enough to sit in the unsupervised waiting room they are welcome.

I WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT, CAN YOU HELP ME?

Yes, MLCC can help clients gain healthy muscle weight. However MLCC can not help someone gain an excessive amount of muscle weight usually associated with body building.

IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP?

No, MLCC does not require memberships or contracts. Each program that is offered is 18 sessions in length whether you do one program or hundreds of programs. At the end of each program, you decide whether you want to continue training or not.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Call to schedule your free mini consultation, this is a brief “get to know each other” private meeting. After that you may prepay for the program and schedule your first training sessions.
