Since MLCC is a by appointment only personal training center, certain times may not always be available. Currently the schedule is prepared one week in advance.

There Are 3 Ways To Schedule An Appointment:

  • Most clients request a specific time to train and if available they are automatically placed on the schedule for that specific time.
  • Some clients prefer to schedule a day or week at a time. This is perfect for the busy person whose schedule may vary from week to week.
  • Some clients schedule on a day to day basis. Often, these clients will call a few hours in advance or even at the last minute.

MLCC works diligently to accommodate everyone’s schedule.
